Please note: When you register as a property owner and list properties
available for rent on CHAC's web site, the information is available to the
general public. You should have no expectation of privacy regarding the
listing or your contact information as a potential owner under the Chicago
Housing Choice Voucher Program. You should also be aware that some
individuals may access your information from the web site for the purpose of
selling products and/or services. Be wary of such solicitations. CHAC does
not support such activities. The property listing service is a FREE service
for all Chicago rental property owners. CHAC never requires payment of fees
for any service related to the voucher program, including the referral of
tenants under the program.

Benefits of this service include:
- Units with accessibility features will be marketed to applicants with disabilities. Contact CHAC if you are interested in modifying a unit.
- You may list a property right now, by registering, filling out the form and submitting it on-line.
- Units modified for people with disabilities will be marketed to applicants with disabilities. Contact CHAC for information on how your applicant or tenant can request a modification.
- Your property will be posted on the internet and in CHAC’s Resource Center and viewed by individuals and families with vouchers as well as the general public.
- You may add, update and remove listings as often as necessary.
- You may log in at any time and view and print reports of all of your current property listings.
- Your listing(s) will automatically expire in 30 days after the available date.
